Tasks

• Advising HR departments on new requirements and developing suitable solutions within the SAP HCM landscape
• Independent analysis, design, and implementation of requirements via customizing in selected HCM modules
• Resolving complex issues in third-level support and during ongoing system development
• Creation of specialised IT concepts including coordination of implementation and management of developers
• Supporting the global rollout of SuccessFactors / Employee Central within the HCM environment
• Management of external SAP service providers and participation in international projects
• Contributing ideas for the further development of the HR IT architecture (e.g., towards S/4HANA)

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting with in-depth customizing expertise in modules such as PY, PT, BAV OMPA …
• Experience in the implementation and 3rd-level support of German collective bargaining agreements and legal requirements
• ABAP know-how for debugging and 3rd-level error analysis is an advantage
• Routine in recording requirements and creating functional and technical concepts and specifications
• Practical experience collaborating with HR departments or business stakeholders
• Structured, independent work style and a strong sense of responsibility within an in-house environment
• Experience with Solution Manager would be an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and social skills for effective collaboration, combined with an independent work style
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
