Sales Specialist-CSR
 
I.      Position Summary

 

The position is a key role in TE scheme operations, mainly responsible for reviewing TC related documents, document preparation, and data processing.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

 

1) Conduct TC review: Carefully receive, check, and conduct preliminary reviews of submitted supporting documents related to transaction certificates (such as contracts, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) to ensure they comply with scheme standard requirements and are complete. Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in the materials and communicate with customers in a timely manner to clarify. (50%)

2) Prepare TC: Based on the reviewed documents and TC templates/requirements, prepare transaction certificates clearly and accurately. Ensure the content of transaction certificates is complete, the format is standardized, and the information is correct. (20%)

3) Manage data and documents: Accurately fill the verified transaction information and key data into the designated electronic spreadsheets. Upload the finalized transaction certificates and related data files to the designated system accordingly. Ensure the uploaded files are named standardizedly, have the correct version, and are placed in the right path. Be responsible for the standardized sorting, archiving, and storage of relevant electronic documents. (20%)

4) Communicate with stakeholders: Conduct timely and effective communication with internal team members and external stakeholders (such as customers) regarding certificate processing matters. Feedback the processing progress and problems encountered. (10%)

 

 

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

 

1) College degree or above, with priority given to majors in business, international trade, logistics, English, administrative management, or related fields.

2) 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates with required skills will also be considered.

3) Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

4) Strong attention to detail and accuracy: Highly sensitive to numerical and textual information, able to detect subtle errors, and ensure zero mistakes in data processing.

5) Excellent document processing ability: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - must be proficient in functions such as formulas, filtering, searching, etc., Outlook).

6) Good Learning ability: Willing to learn project-related knowledge, processes, and operations.
