Your Tasks
- Develop and maintain customers in South China through different channels, and cultivate major customers to achieve sales targets; (35%)
- Achieve and exceeds sales targets by offering proper training and customized service solutions and quotations to clients within Academy product scope; (25%)
- Identifies customer needs, design proper professional and personalize training/consulting service to meet client’s requirement, Establish harmonious relationship with clients, help clients to complete training/consulting goals; (15%)
- Extension, maintain and update the database of existing customers, lecturers and consultants; (10%)
- Coordinate clients’ payment status and achieve DSO target to meet internal process; (10%)
- Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager. (5%)
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 3 year sales/marketing experience, in training/consulting industry as plus;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good strain capacity and strong sales sense;
- Good computer skill, especially MS Office;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin;
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
- Can work proactively, independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
- Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required
