Account Manager

Your Tasks

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business across ITE, industrial products, consumer goods, and laboratory services.
  • Partner with Program Managers and the Regional Manager to execute structured account strategies and achieve sales goals/quotas.
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities via calls, email, and networking; cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients.
  • Present TÜV SÜD solutions and proposals; advise on EMC & Electrical Safety compliance (UL, CSA, IEC).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close; negotiate agreements aligned to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts to support data-driven decisions.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales/account management; experience in product testing (TIC) services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of EMC/Electrical Safety and UL/CSA/IEC standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management; able to multitask and perform under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems.

What We Offer

  • The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000–$90,000. Actual base pay will be determined by experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.

Additional Information

  • Work model: On-site; moderate travel may be required for client meetings and events.
  • Role sits within the ICS business line; collaboration with sales and lab operations is expected.
