This role should responsible for the strategic development of this new hardlines laboratory. He / She will take the responsibilities of Ningbo Hardline Lab Management including but not limited to strategy planning, team development and management, creation of efficient/harmonized process, new technical competences establishment, facility management, equipment relevant quality, procedure, etc.

1. 1. At the management  level to lead the facility management
   2. Creatively establish efficient and harmonized process in term of Hardline lab operation
   3. Lean mind to lead the lab operation to support Hardline business sustainable development
   4. Lead the integration of current MES laboratory and HDG laboratory of Hardlines, Central Region
   5. Define internal staff training and assessment programs
   6. Be responsible for talent hiring and optimize the internal O-chart
   7. Take responsibility for quality compliance in terms of facility management and new project development, meet the accreditation requirement
   8. Cooperated with business department handling lab accreditation audit activities
   9. Organize for developing new testing capabilities on Hardline testing.
   10. Perform other duties assigned by reporting manager.
