I. Position Summary
This role is intended to take over the current day-to-day project management responsibilities for the Malus account and ensure continuity of customer support. At the same time, this role is expected to help identify, package, and scale similar service offerings for future business growth and manage team.

This is not only a delivery coordination role, but also a role with service development, business expansion expectations and team management.

II. Job Responsibilities
- Project Management and Delivery Coordination / 项目管理与交付协调 (60%)
- Take over the day-to-day project management responsibilities for the current Malus account and ensure smooth service delivery. (12%) 承接当前 Malus 客户项目的日常项目管理工作,确保现有服务平稳交付。
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in audits, testing, IT calldesk support, software-related support, and other related services. (12%) 协调审核、测试、IT 服务台支持、软件相关支持及其他相关服务的跨部门资源。
- Track project scope, timeline, deliverables, resource planning, and action items, and ensure timely follow-up. (12%) 跟踪项目范围、时间计划、交付物、资源安排及行动项,并推动及时闭环。
- Monitor project risks, service quality, and customer expectations, and support escalation handling when required. (12%) 监控项目风险、服务质量及客户预期,并在需要时支持升级事项处理。
- Prepare internal reports, management updates, and customer-facing materials such as project summaries and presentations. (12%) 准备内部汇报、管理层更新以及面向客户的项目总结、PPT等材料。
- Customer Coordination and Operational Support / 客户协调与运营支持 (20%)
- Act as a key operational interface for the customer and coordinate daily communication with internal and external stakeholders. (10%) 作为客户运营层面的关键接口,协调内外部相关方的日常沟通。
- Support rapid response to customer requests and ensure effective coordination across different teams and locations. (5%) 支持对客户需求的快速响应,并确保不同团队和地点之间的有效协同。
- Help maintain service continuity, customer confidence, and execution discipline in a complex international environment. (5%) 在复杂的国际化环境下,帮助维持服务连续性、客户信任和执行纪律。
- Service Development and Team Management / 服务拓展与团队管理 (20%)
- Identify opportunities to expand similar services based on current delivery experience and customer needs. (10%) 基于当前项目交付经验和客户需求,识别可拓展的类似服务机会。
- Manage team members on workload allocation, performance, capability development and day-to-day guidance, and foster a collaborative and accountable team environment; 管理团队成员的工作量分配、绩效、能力发展和日常指导,并营造协作和负责的团队氛围;(10%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Engineering, IT, Operations, Business, or related fields is preferred. 本科及以上学历,理工科、IT、运营、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, account management, operations management, or business development. 8年以上项目管理、客户管理、运营管理或业务拓展相关经验。
- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders. 具备跨部门项目协调及多方干系人协作经验。
- Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills. 具备较强的沟通能力、执行能力和问题解决能力。
- Able to work effectively in an international, fast-changing, and matrix environment. 能够适应国际化、快速变化及矩阵式协作环境。
- Good presentation and reporting skills, especially PowerPoint and structured communication. 具备较好的汇报和展示能力,尤其是 PPT 和结构化表达能力。
- Solid people management or project/team leadership experience, with the ability to coordinate resources, guide team members and manage multiple priorities effectively. 具备扎实的人员管理或项目/团队领导经验,能够协调资源、指导团队成员并有效管理多项优先事项。
