Senior Auditor - CSR Audits

Your Tasks:

  • The Social Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting social compliance audits in accordance with applicable international standards, client codes of conduct, accreditation requirements, and local legal regulations, ensuring high-quality audit delivery and timely reporting.
  • Review documentation including payroll records, labor contracts, statutory registers, and policy documents
  • Conduct worker and management interviews
  • Identify non-conformities and document audit findings accurately
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports in line with internal quality and accreditation requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of audit reports
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, independence, and impartiality
  • Adhere to company Code of Ethics and professional conduct standards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation and certification body requirements
  • Conduct onsite social compliance audits at client facilities

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences / Law / Human Resources / Industrial Relations preferred)

  • Recognized Social Compliance Auditor qualification (e.g., CSCA – preferred for senior level roles)

  • Qualified Lead Auditor for applicable standards such as BSCI, RSCI, RBA, WRAP, SMETA, SLCP

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in conducting social compliance audits (depending on role level)

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements

Additional Information/ Skills Required:

  • Required for Delhi NCR location
  • Good report writing and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills
  • High ethical standards with demonstrated integrity
  • Ability to maintain impartiality and confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel frequently

Area of Deployment:

  • Deployment based on project allocation and business requirements
  • Extensive travel required
