Position Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating the daily work in order to provide high quality operation in Southwest Area.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Chonqing&Sichuan office administration work as follow but not limited: (50%)
- Greet guests and handle incoming calls and pass around messages to business lines;
- Follow up and support internal cross-selling activity;
- Ensure the quantity of stationery and daily necessities;
- Coordinate express management for supporting local office;
- Coordinate and maintain office facilities such as telephone, printer, TV, and other office supplies;
- Maintain good communication with suppliers and handle various office expenses;
- Keep office environment cleaning, security, enough plant and etc.;
- Agreement hotel management and signing;
2. Coordinate the activities among the office and support area manager in daily work; (15%)
3. Local support for office daily operation cost statics and reimbursement management; (15%)
4. Local support for marketing activities from business lines; (10%)
5. Perform other duties assigned by Area Manage.r (10%)
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years working experience in related job;
3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6. Good command of Computer, such as Microsoft Office;
7. Good command of English.
