Tasks

• Lead complex, global digital transformation and IT initiatives with high strategic importance, from target operating model definition and ideation through MVP development, implementation, scaling, and sustainable adoption
• Develop robust business cases and ensure that initiatives are not only delivered successfully but also achieve their intended business and organizational outcomes
• Define clear target states, create execution roadmaps, and manage delivery across quality, timeline, budget, and value realization. Select and apply the most appropriate delivery approach, whether traditional, agile, or hybrid, based on the specific context and objectives
• Collaborate closely with international business units, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment, establish transparency, and provide effective governance and reporting
• Own initiative scoping, coordinate internal development teams and external partners, and ensure effective collaboration across organizational and geographical boundaries
• Drive initiatives in areas such as business process automation, AI-enabled digitalization, user experience, and the evolution of digital business models and processes
• Leverage your experience to further develop and establish enterprise-wide standards, methodologies, and best practices for the successful delivery of digital initiatives across the organization
   

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience leading complex transformation and strategic initiatives in an international corporate environment, ideally complemented by experience in a leading management or technology consulting firm
• Proven ownership mindset with a strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to successful implementation and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand complex situations, assess initiatives holistically, and translate requirements into clear priorities and actionable plans
• Ability to operate effectively at senior management and executive level, align diverse stakeholder interests, and build trust in complex transformation environments
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and modern delivery approaches, with the ability to assess their business potential and apply them effectively to digital solutions and process improvements
• Experience working with traditional, agile, and hybrid delivery models, applying methodologies pragmatically as tools to achieve successful outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset and the ambition to thrive in a high-performance environment characterized by trust, ownership, continuous learning, and strong team spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
