Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil to oversee civil construction activities, conduct inspections, supervise PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) works, and ensure timely project execution. The candidate will be responsible for quality control, site supervision, progress monitoring, and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and safety requirements.
• Supervise and monitor PEB erection and installation activities at the project site.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to approved construction procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Verify measurements, work completion status, and quality of executed works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements at site.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
• Maintain inspection records, site documentation, and project reports.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical inputs as required.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in construction quality, inspection, or project management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, inspection, and site supervision.
• Experience in PEB projects, industrial buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience in quality inspection and construction monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and quality standards.
• Experience in PEB supervision and inspection.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Key Deliverables

• Effective inspection and quality assurance of civil and PEB works.
• Timely submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Successful monitoring and supervision of site construction activities.
