As a Senior Executive in Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting a comprehensive range of primary testing services for active medical devices and software, aligned with international standards such as IEC 60601 series (safety and performance), IEC 61010, IEC 62368, EMC testing (IEC/EN 60601-1-2), software life-cycle, and cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities across a wide spectrum of testing and certification services for medical and healthcare-related products.
- Establish and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services, and key accounts within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales tactics to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets, while expanding the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value for clients and business partners.
- Compensation is structured under an On-Target Earnings (OTE) scheme.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in an international environment.
- Demonstrated success in sales and/or business development, with a consultative selling approach to expand new and existing accounts and manage large-volume transactions.
- Strong drive to succeed, resilient mindset, and ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge across diverse topics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills with a clear and persuasive delivery style.
- Willingness to travel within ASEAN, up to 25% of the time.
