Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this role is part of a regional Talent Acquisition team that partners with the business to recruit top talent, strengthen employer branding across ASEAN, and support global and regional recruitment projects in collaboration with HR colleagues across the region.This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with opportunities to contribute to employer branding and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviews, assessments, offers, onboarding, and exit proceedings.
- Deliver hiring outcomes across permanent, contract, and temporary roles, primarily at entry to mid-level.
- Proactively implement creative sourcing methods to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Monitor hiring performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the Philippines talent market.
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, student talks, industry collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Support recruitment marketing strategies and ensure alignment with global, regional, and local people initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or multinational environments.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with solid communication and writing abilities.
