Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand our client portfolio in this sector. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, proven track record in business development, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong industry relationships, and delivering targeted revenue growth through solutions in engineering, consulting, asset integrity, process safety, and digital transformation
Roles & Responsibilities
Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & EPC Companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, Process industries,
In service requirement & off course relation to top management of all units.
Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing requirement of TPI & EPC Projects
Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries
Person should have exposure to TPI, Process Safety, HSE , SCS, NDT Services ,mfg industries.
Capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries representatives etc.-
Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about TPI, FQA, Process Safety , NDT Services & mfg. Industries
Generating lead and converting in order booking
Product selling to private & Process industries
Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to leads
Empanelment & registration for Various Services
Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress
For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager
Authorized to take call with due concern for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning
Person should be capable to handle 12-15 Cr sales & planning from private customers.
