Your Tasks

• Technical Responsibilities (85%)
  1. Manage sustainability project delivery (15%)
  Manage end-to-end delivery of sustainability and compliance projects related to Digital Product Passport (DPP), recycled content, repairability, durability, carbon footprint, and other sustainability services, ensuring project objectives, timelines, quality, and customer expectations are achieved.

2. Lead customer engagement and implementation support (20%)
Serve as the primary project contact for customers, providing technical guidance on project requirements, data preparation, documentation management, gap closure, and implementation planning.

3. Drive sustainability data governance activities (20%)
Lead data collection, data validation, traceability verification, and completeness reviews across product and supply chain information necessary for sustainability assessments and customer deliverables.

4. Conduct technical documentation and conformity reviews (10%)
Perform technical reviews of declarations, reports, calculations, evidence packages, and customer submissions to assess readiness, identify gaps, and support conformity assessment activities.

5. Coordinate multidisciplinary project resources (8%)
Coordinate internal technical experts, auditors, digital solution teams, laboratories, and commercial functions to achieve effective project execution and delivery.

6. Identify project risks and propose solutions (5%)
Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, resolve implementation issues, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project performance.

7. Support development of sustainability service capabilities (4%)
Support the development of methodologies, working instructions, templates, and tools for sustainability-related service offerings.

8. Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends (3%)
Monitor emerging sustainability regulations, standards, and industry developments, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability enhancement.

• Team Contribution Responsibilities (15%)
  1. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption (5%)
  Promote project experience sharing, lessons learned, and best practices across the team.

2. Participate in service innovation initiatives (5%)
Support pilot projects, service enhancement initiatives, and deployment of new sustainability services.

3. Contribute to operational excellence initiatives (5%)
Support process optimization, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement activities.

Your Qualifications

• Education
  Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience
  3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability services, product compliance, environmental compliance, quality management systems, auditing, TIC industry, supply chain sustainability, carbon footprint, ESG or related technical fields.
• Professional Competency
  Demonstrated experience in independently managing customer projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
