Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be part of a dynamic SG Recruiting Team and ASEAN HR Centre of Excellence (Talent Acquisition) that focuses on partnering our business to recruit best-fit talent, build our employer brand across ASEANand to execute global and regional recruitment projects with our ASEAN colleagues
You will embark on the following:
Talent Acquisition
You will independently manage the day- to-day recruiting operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit proceedings. This will include entry to mid-level positions for permanent, contract hires as well as temps
 - Exhibit strong resourcefulness in implementing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to help meet manpower needs and build talent pipeline for the company.
 - Track hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
 
Employer Branding
Represent TÜV SÜD as our Brand Ambassador:
- Be responsible for driving all employer branding initiatives including campus activities.
 - Proactive outreach and collaboration with various schools on their programmes and initiatives such as career fairs, industry projects, student talks or visits
 - Skilfully execute and deliver on talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, projects and work plans in accordance to global, regional or local plans.
 
You are likely to be:
- Degree qualified preferably in Human Resources with at least 1-year of relevant experience in recruitment
 - Possess track records with high speed & high-volume recruitment and familiarity with employment laws
 - Organised and resourceful with strong stakeholders’ management skills.
 - Creative with good writing skills.
 - Mature personality who is comfortable with ambiguities and dynamic pace.
 - High level of integrity with sound business judgment and operational management abilities
