As Sales Engineer reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager for the Building Lifecycle Services BU, you will be responsible for driving sales and account management of Building related testing services. Our services include but are not limited to curtainwall testing, acoustic testing, and window testing services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the identification and development of sales opportunities for Building testing services for the construction industry.
- Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
- Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other events to potential customers.
- Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
- Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries and feedback.
- Remuneration will be based on On-Target Earning Scheme

Requirements
- Prior work experience in the construction, building or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
- Mature, self-disciplined, and results-driven
- Local travel to business sites up to a maximum of 25% of the time
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience.
