Your Tasks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for battery testing services across assigned markets and territories
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with battery manufacturers, ESS developers, automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, component manufacturers, and research organizations
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and long-term growth objectives
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and strategic partnerships
• Monitor developments in battery technologies, electric vehicles, ESS markets, and emerging testing requirements
• Identify industry trends and new testing demands arising from evolving technologies and regulations

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above / Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science Engineering or related field is preferred
• More than 15 years’ experience related in technical sales, business development, or project management within battery-related industries
• Fluency in Korean / Intermediate or higher level in English
• Familiarity with battery testing methodologies, including Safety, Performance, Environmental, Reliability & Durability, Mechanical and Abuse Testing, and Thermal Characterization
• Strong understanding of battery development and validation processes (Battery pack design verification and, failure modes and effects analysis)
• Capabilities for development and execution of business strategies
• Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit
