Your Tasks
- Manage railway vehicle-related projects, including testing of railway vehicles and their subsystems
- Coordinate with domestic and international experts and specialized organizations for project execution
- Perform engineering activities for domestic railway vehicle projects
- Conduct business development and technical sales activities targeting domestic railway vehicle manufacturers and operators
- Provide technical support for consultations and sales activities, including client site visits
- Collaborate with other Business Development (BD) team members to drive sales activities in the railway vehicle sector
- Serve as a project lead or researcher for R&D projectsPerform product safety testing in accordance with international safety standards
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above / Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rolling stock manufacturing, the related TIC industry, or railway-related engineering
- Experience in preparing client proposals, providing technical support, and business development activities
- Fluency in Korean / Intermediate or higher level in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong sales sense
- Capabilities for development and execution of business strategies
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit
