Drive new business acquisition by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across both existing and emerging markets for training and certification services. We are expanding our business in the Penang region.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across both existing and untapped markets for training and certification services (Hunter role)
- Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate internally to align sales commitments with operational capabilities.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in certification body services or related professional services. However, candidates without sales experience who demonstrate strong learning ability and confidence will also be considered.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, management systems, or certification services is an advantage.
