I.      Position Summary

该职位负责轻工产品研发部的新业务开发，包括循环经济可持续性服务、个人防护用品服务、聚焦国内市场的认证业务等，进行试点客户开发，以及孵化研发产品/服务（包括市场研究项目、创新构思、与研发工程师共创业务模式、客户开发、将产品/服务推向市场）。

The position is responsible for Hardlines-R & D new business development including sustainability service on Circular Economy, PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) service, Certification Business focus on Dometic Market etc. , piloting customer development, incubation of R & D products/service (including project for market research, innovation ideation, creating business module with R & D specialist, customer development, launching product/service to market).

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. 实现收入增长并向研发经理汇报，职责涵盖以下服务组合（包括但不限于）：（20%）

1. 循环经济可持续性服务：材料可回收性、再生材料含量、生物降解性等。
2. 个人防护用品服务：CE认证、UKCA认证、SABER认证等。
3. 聚焦国内市场的认证业务：产品性能认证市场、测试标签等。

Achieve revenue growth and report to R & D manager, including but not limited to below service portfolio; (20%)

1. 1. sustainability service on Circular Economy: material recyclability, recycled content, Biodegradation etc.
   2. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) service: CE, UKCA, SABER etc.
   3. Certification Business focus on Dometic Market: product performance certification market, testing label etc.
2. 研究与开发新的业务需求，并支持研发专家进行创新构思

Research and develop new business requests and support R & D specialists to create innovative ideation; (20%)

3. 建立并加强与试点客户的关系，包括维护并拓展个人防护用品领域的客户群；

Develop and reinforce relationships with piloting customers, including maintaining and developing the client base in PPE area; (20%)

4. 支持营销与销售活动，进行服务试点与市场推广

Support marketing and sales activities to pilot and launch the service; (15%)

5. 从业务角度管理项目活动

Manage project activities from business perspective; (5%)

6. 为客户及内部员工组织技术培训

Organize technical training for customers and internal staffs; (10%)

7. 按要求履行临时委派的任务

Perform ad-hoc assignment as required. (10%)

III.      Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，工程或相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or related disciplines;

2. 至少2年轻工及TCP产品行业经验（如可持续材料应用等可持续战略或PPE行业），具备2至3年TIC行业销售或项目管理经验者优先

Minimum 2 years experiences in Hardline & TCP products industry (sustainability strategy like sustainable material application or PPE industry), 2 to 3 years in sales or project management experience in TIC industry is preferred;

3. 具备创新思维、勇于探索并对新理念有强烈热情

Innovative thinking, courage to explore, and a passion for new ideas and concepts.

4. 善于观察市场趋势并把握潜在机遇

Skilled in observing market trends and capitalizing on latent opportunities

5. 条理清晰，能够独立开展工作

Well organized and be able to work independently;

6. 中英文流利

Fluent in English and Chinese;

7. 良好的人际交往能力、项目管理能力、表达能力和计算机技能

Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills.
