I. Position Summary

This position is directly responsible for marketable new business development and extending service scope on sustainability service such as Circular Economy, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) certification service through market research, innovative ideation, creating business module with R & D specialist, piloting customer development, launching product/service to market.

II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Achieve revenue growth and report to R&D Manager; (20%)
   1. Sustainability service on Circular Economy: material recyclability, recycled content, Biodegradation etc.
   2. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) certification service: CE, UKCA, SABER etc.
2. Forecast and develop new business and extend service scope; (15%)
3. Develop and reinforce relationship with internal and external customers, including maintaining and developing the client base in PPE area; (20%)
4. Manage project activities from business perspective; (10%)
5. Provide/organize technical training to customers and internal staffs; (10%)
6. Support marketing and sales activities; (10%)
7. Respect the confidentiality of the company and customers; (5%)
8. Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.(10%)

III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor or above degree, major in mechanical or electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Hardline industry, 2 to 5 years in sales or project management experience in TIC industry is preferred;
3. Have certain working experience in PPE industry, familiar with PPE supply chain, manufacturing process;
4. Innovative thinking, courage to explore, and a passion for new ideas and concepts;
5. Skilled in observing market trends and capitalizing on latent opportunities;;
6. Fluent in English and Chinese;
7. Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills;
8. Be able to self-motivated, decision making and work independently.
