I. Position Summary
TÜV SÜD is strengthening the team in China in field of Highly Automated Driving under the global strategy based on local markets need. This position is targeted to strengthen technical capabilities in automotive safety & security, responsible for expert team management, clear management proposals, partner management and effective action tracking, while acting as the team leader for the advisory part about Intelligence & Automation related business, enrich the current service portfolio and meet the BU Mobility Planning & Targets.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Project Deliver (50%)

- Collaborate with the INA safety & security assessment team to provide technical advisory on customer related processes and technical solutions and promote the delivery of autonomous driving related technical consultants and certifications.
- Manage and coordinate partner resources for consultant work, control the INA safety & security advisory quality, identify and control risks in the delivery.
- Collaborate with the INA safety & security assessment team to complete pre-sales coordination work and develop consultant technical solutions
2. Team and Stakeholder Management (30%)

- Lead and develop the EQA expert team.
- Clarify ownership, priorities and delivery standards.
- Work closely with business lines, regional sales and support functions.
- Present planning, performance and risk topics independently to management.
3. Learning Organization & Knowledge Management (10%)

- Lead and develop the EQA learning organization.
- Assist the EQA knowledge system building for internal use.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of the BL&BU knowledge management system. Including training, seminar, etc.
4. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager (10%)
III. Job Requirements
-
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, IT or E&E Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive functional safety (including SOTIF) and autonomous driving development. including 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Familiar with E/E architecture, functional safety methodology and
- Familiar with E/E architecture, functional safety and SOTIF method (e.g. HARA, STPA, FMEA, DFMEA, etc.) and common functional safety mechanism, knowledge in autonomous driving would be a plus;
- Experience in functional safety standards and best practice. e.g ISO26262, ISO 21448, UN R171, ISO8800, etc.;
- Positive attitude, high level of integrity, willingness to go the extra mile.
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
