I. Position Summary
This position is the Product Manager who is responsible for the Product Conception and Commercialization in “Market Surveillance Direction” to meet BU’s demand in Portfolio development according to its overall strategy and operational target.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Intelligence Tracking and Interpretation [15%]
- Relevant “UNECE WP29 / EU WVTA” requirements
- Relevant “Incidents” and / or “Policy & Legislation” and/or Market requirements in Europe.
- Identification of commercial opportunities in “compliance” fulfilment based on the value-added business Scenarios.
- Product Design [25%]
- Based on industry trends and development strategies, actively identify and explore customer needs, especially the pain points for the aftermarket, and convert these needs into product inputs. Design practical products that can be implemented throughout the TIC Product Life Cycle, including but not limited to training, advisory, auditing, testing and certification.
- Build up reproduceable, deliverable, standardized and value added product mode based on the “Market Surveillance Direction” requirements.
- Leaderships and implementation [20%]
- Establish and improve the product-based Task Force and related working mechanisms, coordinate cross-BL resources, promote task promotion and goal achievement, and ensure the smooth advancement of key work.
- Lead and promote digitalization initiatives, combine business needs to promote the digital transformation of related work, optimize work modes, and improve work efficiency.
- Engage in sales/marketing activities, and support activity implementation, and improve the satisfaction of relevant parties in activities.
- Commercialization [30%]
- Build and optimize the Product/Portfolio-based Wallet Model, focus on key account operation and management, and promote the effective landing and iteration of the model to support business growth.
- Lead and collaborate with the internal teams to formulate and determine the full-cycle product pricing strategy, combine product characteristics, market demand and business objectives to optimize pricing logic and improve profitability and market competitiveness.
- Establish and improve the partnerships system, develop and maintain cooperative resources, standardize cooperative processes, and realize win-win cooperation to enhance the commercial value of the business.
- Formulate and optimize the standard operational process (SOP) for commercialization, standardize work norms, improve work efficiency, and ensure the smooth and orderly development of commercialization work.

III. Job Responsibilities

- Minimum 8 Years Management Background in Field of Automative, bachelor’s degree or above
- Familiar with Emark regulation or vehicle GB regulation, has good overview of vehicle regulation framework
- Relevant Project Experience in the “Market Surveillance, COP, Automotive Product”.
- Project Management Experience, e.g. PMP knowledge or equivalence
- Good in English, Written and Spoken, Frequent Travel Acceptance
- Outstanding logical analysis ability, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address evolving business needs and emerging challenges
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
- Careful, patient and reliable working behavior, strong teamwork spirit
- Possess external resource development capability and good at external communication and collaboration
