本岗位负责电子电气产品研发领域的【人因工程】【人机交互】项目的测试流程管理,包括组织实施测试计划、数据采集分析、实验室与设备运维等工作。产品设计、心理学、数据统计类等等专业均可,不要求具有理工科专业背景,需要较好英语口语表达能力。
 
I.      Position Summary

The position is responsible for the management of testing process for human factors projects, including training participants, equipments operating and maintenance, recording and analysing experimental data.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities
  1. Performe test plan, includes operating relevant equipment; training participants; collecting objective and behavioral data; conducting questionnaire survey etc.; (30%)
  2. Record and analyze test data, and prepare test reports; (20%)
  3. Be responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory, equipment maintenance and calibration; (20%)
  4. Support project manager and be responsible for designated research and testing tasks; (20%)
  5. Perform ad-hoc assignment as required. (10%)
III.      Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Artificial Intelligence or Mechanical Engineering (product design);
  2. Minimum 1 years experiences in the related industry;
  3. Experience in human factors research tools and methods is preferred; experience in ergonomic development process of products is preferred;
  4. Well organized and be able to work independently;
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese;
  6. Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills.
