I. Position Summary
The position is responsible for the management of testing process for human factors projects, including training participants, equipments operating and maintenance, recording and analysing experimental data.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Performe test plan, includes operating relevant equipment; training participants; collecting objective and behavioral data; conducting questionnaire survey etc.; (30%)
- Record and analyze test data, and prepare test reports; (20%)
- Be responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory, equipment maintenance and calibration; (20%)
- Support project manager and be responsible for designated research and testing tasks; (20%)
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required. (10%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Artificial Intelligence or Mechanical Engineering (product design);
- Minimum 1 years experiences in the related industry;
- Experience in human factors research tools and methods is preferred; experience in ergonomic development process of products is preferred;
- Well organized and be able to work independently;
- Fluent in English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills.
