Position Summary:
The Director of BA GCN leads and manages TÜV SÜD GCN BA business (Management Systems Assurance - MSA, Academy - ACA and Cyber Security Services - CSS) to grow up a sizable and profitable business in Greater China Region. He or she has an independent P&L responsibility. He or she develops our BA business and expand our exposure in Greater China Region.
Responsibility and Authority:
1. Independent Profit & Loss responsibility;
2. Collect and analyze market/industry, competitor and customer information;
3. Setup long term business objectives and formulate business strategies;
4. Craft short business tactics;
5. Implement business strategies to realize business objectives;
6. Explore and develop new market opportunities;
7. Innovate and introduce new services and solutions to domestic and overseas customers;
8. Analyze and recommend investment opportunities, including M&A opportunities;
9. Understand Greater China Region macro economy trends and government policies to seize any emerging business opportunities;
10. Ensure adherence to TÜV SÜD Guidelines and Procedures;
11. Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
MANAGEMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates;
3. Manage and monitor team and subordinates’ performance;
4. Mentor and Coach employees to develop their potentials;
5. Build organization capability, including infrastructure, expertise, etc..
Education and Experience:
1. At least bachelor degree, majored in related background;
2. Very solid knowledge and expertise in TIC business, have the knowledge about generic specification, standards, laws and regulations in TIC sector;
3. At least 8 years working experience in TIC industry, management system certification experience preferred;
4. At least 3 years experience in managerial position;
5. Capabilities of development and execution of business strategies;
6. Capabilities to get new opportunities and decision-making with limited information;
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English;
8. Strong analytical, organizational, creative and presentation skills;
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism;
10. Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic.
