I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for customer service activities within Hardgoods Department, with the objective of good coordination and project management.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Keep good relationship with KA account / local clients and support KA/ sales to expand the business opportunities. 10%
- Coordinate with other departments / groups to assure the project finished within turnaround time. 15%
- Maintain the customer and project database to ensure the record clear and correct; 15%
- Follow up projects and communicate with customer if any issue during the testing in order to enhance customer service satisfaction; 15%
- Coordinate projects among sales/ KA, lab and customers during the whole process to ensure the project process smooth; 20%
- Provide timely feedback to supervisor or other related people about customer’s request or enquired; 10%
- Behavior a professional image to the customers consistently to enhance the customer’s trust; 5%
- Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to supervisor and resolve the issues promptly; 5%
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. 5%
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 2~3 years customer service experience, experience in testing / certification industry is preferred;
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Physical condition allows normal working and can work independently and efficiently;
- Good computer skill, such as MS office;
- Good command of written and reading English.
