I. Position Summary
This position is dedicated to supporting the overall overseas compliance strategy of automotive. It is specifically responsible for the track and research of EU framework regulations, coordinating regulatory requirements at all stages, covering the entire product life cycle, and facilitating the long-term compliance development of the automotive business.
II. Job Responsibilities

- Track and research the requirements of UN/EU framework regulations, relevant “Policy & Legislation” and Market requirements. For example, 2018/858 and its related modules, with a focus on core areas such as Market Surveillance, COP and so on. Monitor the potential impact of Policy & Legislation on specific regulations in the medium and long term. Identify which professional modules are covered by the regulations and promptly input them into stakeholders. At the same time, have an overall understanding of the dynamics of UN/EU regulations. (30%)
- Take charge of the lead management, process tracking and coordination, and quality control of technical regulation tasks, including but not limited to, leading the detailed regulation interpretation & outputting regulatory consultation products, organizing to compile and release the SOP documents, etc. Also be responsible for daily maintenance of regulatory information in the system, including the input, inspection and update of regulatory information to ensure accuracy and completeness of database. - Supporting the operation of technical framework on BU level, organize and promote all technical activities within the responsible technical domain. (15%)
- To be the owner of regulation management of BU, coordinate experts to resolve regulation issues. (10%)
- Communicating with the Ministry of Transport: daily communication, unified centralized management of regulatory consultation, holding regular meetings, and closed-loop management of regulatory issues, etc. (10%)
- Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager. (10%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle engineering major, Mechanical major, Electrical major or other relevant major.
- At least 8 years of working experience in vehicle homologation or vehicle regulation area. Relevant experience in the “Market Surveillance, COP, After-sales service,” will be plus.
- Familiarity with the structure and content of vehicle Emark regulation, has good overview of vehicle regulation framework.
- Good in English, Written and Spoken.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and departments.
- Outstanding logical analysis ability, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address evolving business needs and emerging challenges.
