I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for visitor greeting, incoming call handling and other administration services.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Greet incoming visitors
- Handle incoming calls and pass around messages, clear report for business related inquiry
- Be responsible for the reception working environment
- Check related admin bills and prepare the payments
- Management of mini library, medical kit and inventory
- Shuttle bus management
- New staff on boarding & Staff departure, transfer
- Support Admin Supervisor on other assigned administration tasks
III. Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates will be considered.
- Kind, careful and patient character; always give natural smile;
- Working experience as receptionist or administration assistant is preferred;
- Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Can work independently and efficiently;
- Good computer skill.
