I.    Position Summary

 

This position is responsible for visitor greeting, incoming call handling and other administration services.

 

II.    Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Greet incoming visitors
  2. Handle incoming calls and pass around messages, clear report for business related inquiry
  3. Be responsible for the reception working environment
  4. Check related admin bills and prepare the payments
  5. Management of mini library, medical kit and inventory
  6. Shuttle bus management
  7. New staff on boarding & Staff departure, transfer
  8. Support Admin Supervisor on other assigned administration tasks

 

 

 

III.    Job Requirements

 

    1. Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates will be considered.
    2. Kind, careful and patient character; always give natural smile;
    3. Working experience as receptionist or administration assistant is preferred;
    4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
    5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
    6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    7. Can work independently and efficiently;
    8. Good computer skill.
