I.      Position Summary

This position is the homologation support specialist who is responsible for supporting Business Line (BL for short hereafter), meeting the BL’s operational and administrative demands, and providing efficient document, process, and data support for homologation projects and related business activities.

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Provide homologation support including preparing project documents, collecting and maintaining homologation project data as well as historical homologation certificate information, and arranging other daily homologation-related document work. (30%)
2. Support project manager to track homologation progress, timely update milestone status and sort progress follow-up records. (30%)
3. Assist system operation and data management with homologation data statistics and project control table maintenance. (30%)
4. Other tasks assigned by reporting manager and project manager (10%)

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. College’s degree or above and English or engineering major is a plus
2. Diligence, carefulness, self-motivation, self-improvement, service oriented and strong teamwork spirit
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good process awareness and strong sense of responsibility for accuracy and traceability.
5. Excellent computer skills, especially Office software (Excel, WPS) and data tools; Proficiency in data statistics and sorting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel advanced functions) is a plus.
6. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing for daily communication and technical document processing.
7.  Basic knowledge of automotive homologation (ECE/WVTA) processes is a plus.
