I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for
-
- Execute and monitor that the Quality Control (Norms, Process, Authorization) for the Greater China (GCN) Mobility Division (MO) is effectively implementation.
- Set up/Optimize/Update via norms/process to well identify risks in advance & solve problems in daily operation in MO.
- Plan and manage spot check to evaluate quality control effectiveness and fitness in Mo.
- Support continuous improvement projects in the quality control area
II. Job Responsibilities
- Understand and execute the strategy & concept of Quality, Process & Compliance in Mobility Segments. 5%
- Execute daily Quality Control via norms/process/methodology (eg: spot check) within BU QC frame into daily operation. 20%
- Ensure continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of Quality Control (Norms, Process, Authorization), as well as continuous improvement of the QC via set-up/update/optimization relevant items. 20%
- Monitor the implementation of Quality Control, ensuring that the QC is effectively implemented by MO staff and issue regularly reporting of status. 10%
- Support to communicate with authority body and provide full support for BL inquiries and promptly follow up on the project schedule.15%
- Cooperated with QMR, support BLs to follow-up all NC/complaints during internal/external audit and ensure all NC CAPA execution and closed-loop.10%
- Organize and enhance BU level quality awareness and understanding of BU QMS/ISO 17 serious standards and streamline BU quality training material systematically. 10%
- Any other duties related to the Quality Control assigned by the leader of QC & MO Management. 10%
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; (or at least 5 years’ experience in quality management as equivalence).
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality management within the third-party testing/certification industry.
- Familiar with quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 17065(preferred), ISO 17025, ISO 17020.
- Experience in technologies and regulations in the Automotive Industry like Homologation preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese language.
- Good organizational skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in use of MS office software.
