I.      Position Summary

    This position is responsible for support sales and marketing activity to the food business line within FHB Dept.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Collect and maintain current and potential customer data; 20%
   2. Respond to and follow up customer's/sales’ enquiry; 20%
   3. Issue the formal quotation according to pricing system or the request of sales/customers; 20%
   4. Prepare and confirm contract with customer/sales; 10%
   5. Handle some Administrative Services of sales team; 10%
   6. Follow up internal cross-selling activity. 10%
   7. To Maintain KA Clients 10%

III.      Job Requirements

1. 8. Bachelor degree or above; Chemical Engineer or Marketing as preferred;
   9. Good understanding and willing to learn standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
   10. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, service oriented and strong teamwork spirit;
   11. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
   12. Good computer skill and command of English.
