I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading CR ENE ITAV sales team of central region to achieve sales target.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Organize sales activities and achieve sales targets of CR ENE sales team of central region (40%):
- Allocate working assignment and business target to Sales.
- Provide support and training to Sales.
- Improve sales efficiency and evaluate sales performance periodically.
- Increase customer satisfaction.
- Follow up incoming order and overdue payment control.
- Develop agencies with good credit as long-term partner, and reject bad ones;
- Monitor competition from the following perspectives (20%):
- Emergence of new competitors.
- New services offered by existing competitors.
- Geographical expansion of competition through joint venues, partnerships, new offices opening.
- People Manager Responsibilities(40%):
- Analyze market needs, customers’ expectations, and general business climate;
- Coordinate exhibition activity with marketing colleagues;
- Work with other department’s Engineer Manager of Sales Manager to develop cross selling;
- Reports to the regional sales manager, such as sales performance, target, business plan, recent market development, key account management, new testing capabilities, and etc.;
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 5 years sales experience, certification field experience will be preferable;
- Proven sales record;
- Strong marketing orientation and presentation skills;
- Good management skills;
- Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under pressure and independently;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Job involves travelling to customers’ and manufacturers’ locations and to sister companies / headquarter withing TÜV SÜD Group;
