项目协调员/客户服务支持(碳业务)Project Coordinator
I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting project handling process and administration.

II.      Job Responsibilities
  1. Act as the contact on schedule and administrative coordination, internally bridge Business Line sales/CS and Service Line auditors to avoid information gap; 25%
  2. Receive job/order info from BL, check completeness and create project in system and maintain master data. Team files documentation and maintenance; 20%
  3. Act and perform according to company quality policy, CS responsible for project lifecycle management; audit scheduling by coordination with clients and internal resource; track team availability and prioritize urgent cases; 30%
  4. Follow up report/review status and certification/statement release; 10%
  5. The department’s procurement; 10%
  6. Perform other duties assigned by department manager. 5%
III.      Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
  2. Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to coordinate clearly and on time;
  4. Good English reading/writing; MS Office experience;
  5. Ability to work accurately and efficiently
