I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting project handling process and administration.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Act as the contact on schedule and administrative coordination, internally bridge Business Line sales/CS and Service Line auditors to avoid information gap; 25%
- Receive job/order info from BL, check completeness and create project in system and maintain master data. Team files documentation and maintenance; 20%
- Act and perform according to company quality policy, CS responsible for project lifecycle management; audit scheduling by coordination with clients and internal resource; track team availability and prioritize urgent cases; 30%
- Follow up report/review status and certification/statement release; 10%
- The department’s procurement; 10%
- Perform other duties assigned by department manager. 5%
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to coordinate clearly and on time;
- Good English reading/writing; MS Office experience;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
