I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for PPE technical supports and project handling & management, implement the strategy of PPE service portfolio & business development.

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Be responsible for supporting the frontline and clients on technical aspect in different stages, as well as marketing activities; 20%
2. Obtain sufficient appointment from TÜV SÜD relevant Certification Body to support the PPE business as well as development of competency person ; 20%
3. Coordinate among client, sales, project team and lab, manage the incoming project strongly and powerfully to ensure the TAT and quality ; 15%
4. Strategically design and develop the PPE business service portfolio and process within Hardlines step by step, with the leadership, to build strong service portfolio in a short period; 10%
5. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions; 5%
6. Coach and train the project engineers, test engineers or technicians; 5%
7. Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues; 10%
8. Perform other duties assigned by section manager;15 %

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Mechanical or other related subject;
2. At least 3 years working experience in test/certification field with reliable working performance is mandatory, PPE product testing and certification or equivalent quality assurance experience is a plus;
