Ⅰ.Position Summary:
This position is for Project Manager/Project Engineer responsible for Energy High Voltage Product.
Ⅱ.Job Responsibilities:
*Project Engineering (70%)*
- Demonstrate proficiency in New Energy & High Voltage-related standards, including standard test methods and certification requirements. Assist line managers in developing HV Energy product certification services and testing services in accordance with relevant standards.
- Support sales activities, providing comprehensive presentations and explanations regarding HV Energy products.
- Manage the certification process, including reviewing test data, preparing certification reports, and applying for certification certificates.
- Deliver customer support by collecting feedback, preparing briefings, handling complaints, and overseeing factory inspections.
- Maintain post-project client relationships, assisting sales teams with communication and ongoing maintenance of customer relationships.
- Analyze technical standards and documentation, proactively promote new service offerings.
*Training Development (20%)*
- Conduct internal training to ensure engineers can proficiently certify High Voltage relative product and component.
- Participate in seminars and lead initiatives promoting engineering service with sound knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities and support marketing efforts.
- Serve as a trainer or lecturer as required.
*Operational Support (10%)*
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Ⅲ.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage, Insulation, Power System, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in TIC industry and High Voltage (Switchgear, Power transformer, Energy Storage System, Converter) working field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stress management skills. Sound commercial awareness.
- Thorough understanding and adherence to work targets, standards, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Strong diligence, self-motivation, commitment to continuous improvement, and demonstrable teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to upholding and protecting the company's image, reputation, and interests.
- Strong command of English.
