I. Position Summary
This position is mainly responsible for developing the concept, strategy, and roadmap for the in Mobility’s (BU for short hereafter) digital operating platform. The role leads the design and implementation of an end-to-end digital ecosystem, working collaboratively with the Global CDO Team, GCN IT Team, BU stakeholders, and external partners.
This position ensures that digital initiatives ensuring digital solutions are well-architected, enhance operational efficiency, enable data-driven processes, and deliver measurable ROI aligned with operational needs and successfully implemented and optimized based on BU’s strategic goals.
This is not an IT development role. It is a business-driven digital coordination and architecture role.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Digital Demand Management & Consolidation 15%
• Collect, structure, and prioritize digital requirements across departments.
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications.
• Align digital roadmap with departmental operational priorities.
2. Business Process & System Architecture Design 20%
• Design scalable workflow structures and system logic for operational processes.
• Ensure alignment between business operations, compliance requirements, and system capabilities.
• Standardize process control mechanisms and improve automation where applicable.
3. Digital Project Management 30%
• Lead and coordinate digital implementation projects from concept to go-live.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for solution delivery.
• Ensure structured UAT and rollout management.
4. System Governance & Continuous Improvement 12%
• Oversee system stabilization and performance monitoring.
• Drive ongoing optimization and functional enhancements.
• Collect feedback and drive iterative improvements.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and change management processes.
5. Cross-Functional & Global Coordination 15%
• Serve as key liaison between business, IT, vendors, and global teams.
• Facilitate structured decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Support digital best-practice exchange and harmonization initiatives where applicable.
6. Task Force/Other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager / and or Mgt. 8%
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with CET 6 or above, experience in complex project-driven industries (automotive, certification, engineering, manufacturing preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in digital project management, business systems implementation, or operational transformation.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, workflow logic, etc.).
- Experience with workflow systems/EPR/low-code platforms, with experience of Power Platform (Power automate /Power BI /Power apps, OA/Slim system etc) is preferred.
- Structured and logical thinking and risk awareness and detail orientation
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution skills.
- Solid documentation capability (BRD, process maps, functional specs).
- Innovation, objective-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a must.
- Strong learning ability and able to work under pressure.
IV. Preferred Qualifications
PMP/Agile certification is a plus
