Your Tasks

1. Collaborate with the HAD team to provide management system construction assets including but not limit to Cybersecurity Management System(CSMS), Safety  Management System(SMS), Software Update Management System(SUMS), Artificial Intelligent Management System(AIMS)(40%)
   与自动驾驶团队协作完成客户管理体系流程的搭建工作，包含但不限于网络安全管理体系(CSMS)，安全管理体系(SMS)，软件升级管理体系(SUMS),人工智能管理体系(AIMS)
2. Be responsible of customer’s safety/security process construction (ISO 26262/ISO 21448/ISO 21434), manage and coordinate partner resources for consultant work, control the HAD advisory quality, identify and control risks in the delivery (20%)
   负责客户安全流程搭建工作（ISO 26262/ISO 21448/ISO 21434），管理和协调团队与合作伙伴资源，把控体系搭建工作的总体质量，识别和控制流程搭建的交付过程风险
3. To complete pre-sales coordination work and develop consultant technical solutions (20%)
   完成售前对接工作及顾问技术方案制定工作
4. Assist the cybersecurity knowledge system building for internal use;(10%)
   与团队共同构建及维护安全知识体系
5. Other task assigned by manager. (10%)
   完成汇报经理分配的其他任务

Your Qualifications

1. Degree in Security, Computer Science, Automotive or E&E Engineering, or equivalent.
   网络（信息）安全、计算机科学、汽车、电子电器工程或同等学历的学士学位；
2. At least 5 years’ experience in automotive electronics or HAD safety and/or security aspect, including 2 years consultant or construction experience in R155 cybersecurity management system, software update management system. Experience for R171 safety management system is a plus.
   至少5年汽车电子电器或自动驾驶安全相关经验，包括2年R155/R156网络安全管理体系（CSMS），软件升级管理体系（SUMS）建设经验，具备智驾安全管理体系（SMS）搭建经验为佳
3. Experience in delivering 3 or more management system construction projects.;
   具备3个或以上欧盟法规管理体系的项目交付经验
4. Familiar with vehicle electronic and electrical architecture, experienced in establishing vehicle quality management system processes, knowledgeable about common organizational structures and workflows in OEMs, and familiar with one of the following standards: ISO 21434 Cybersecurity, ISO 26262 Functional Safety,  ISO 21448 SOTIF.
   熟悉整车电子电器架构，熟悉整车质量管理体系流程搭建，了解主机厂常见的组织架构及工作流程，熟悉ISO 21434网络安全，ISO 26262功能安全和ISO 21448预期功能安全标准的其中一个
5. Familiar with Automotive SPICE and qualified to be an assessor
   熟悉ASPICE各个过程域要求，拥有评估员资质
6. Strong communication and presentation skills;
   较强的沟通和表达能力；
7. Ability to cooperate with virtual global teams;
   具备与全球团队合作的能力；
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
   良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
