I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing project activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Business (10%)
- Promote Homologation services under responsibility.
- Regularly maintain, develop, and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account.
- Support sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TÜV SÜD IC companies to promote the service.
- Collaborate with our partners to provide high quality service.
- Maintain relationships with customers especial for KA.
2. Project (60%)
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve order sales & profit target.
- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project.
- Lead project to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process, and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan.
-Control the quality of application document
- Assign the tasks to project engineers.
- Collaborate with project engineers to deliver the business smoothly.
- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.
- Witness tests and complete the corresponding test reports.
3. Competence (30%)
- Develop and extend the personal competence and scope.
- Follow KM and QM instruction.
- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.
III. Job Requirements
1. bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering.
2. have 3-5 years work experience relevant automotive industrial --- R&D and Whole Vehicle project management. Testing / certification business of vehicle will be a plus;
3. Must be fluent in speaking in English.
4. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs, and business trip as required.
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit.
6. Good communication skills with clients
