Position Summary:
This position is responsible for handling projects as assigned in industry automation area, such as production lines pre-field evaluation, machinery's safety inspection, risk assessment, design review, safety solution review, safety inspection on site, testing, certification report and so on. Additional tasks are to support the team to release its annual business development strategy, speaker, organize internal and external training, support for inquiry handling and customer visits, administrative tasks for setting up the projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling projects and finishing tests and projects within lead time; 25%
2. Review projects and prepare technical reports; 20%
3. Responsible for testing activities, testing according to related standards; 10%
4. Complete projects and issue positive technical reports; 5%
5. Provide technical information and support; 5%
6. Coordinate with other departments and branches to make sure the “one-stop-shop” service has been provided to the customers; 5%
7. Communicate with key accounts; 5%
8. Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target; 5%
9. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers; 5%
10. Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them; 5%
11. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress; 5%
12. Perform other duties assigned by Manager/Section manager. 5%
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical automation or other related majors;
2. Experience with machinery risk assessment, review of electrical drawings and critical components, be acquainted with Standard such as NFPA 79, UL508A, ANSI B11 series, ISO 12100, ISO 13849, EN 60204-1 etc, review of pneumatic schematic;
3. At least five years’ working experience in related field;
4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
