Position Summary:
The Cyber Security Services Leader for TÜV SÜD Greater China (BA GCN) has full ownership of the Business Assurance (BA) Cyber Security Services (CSS) business across the region. The role is accountable for building a sizable and profitable business, with independent Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, technical service delivery, business development of the cyber security service portfolio, and team leadership.
Responsibility and Authority:
Business Development & Operations: (65%)
1. Hold end-to-end P&L accountability for the BA CSS business in GCN;
2. Collect and analyze market/industry, competitor and customer information;
3. Setup long term business objectives and formulate business strategies;
4. Craft short business tactics;
5. Implement business strategies to realize business objectives;
6. Innovate and introduce new services and solutions to domestic and overseas customers;
7. Explore and develop new market opportunities;
8. Analyze and recommend investment opportunities;
9. Understand Greater China Region macro economy trends and government policies to seize any emerging business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Management: (25%)
10. Build a client-centric, excellence-driven and collaborative team culture;
11. Design and optimize team organization, roles and responsibilities to support business growth;
12. Attract, engage, and develop professional talents in cybersecurity services;
13. Set team/individual goals and conduct regular effective performance management;
Compliance & Ad Hoc Tasks: (10%)
14. Ensure adherence to TÜV SÜD Guidelines, Policies and Procedures;
15. Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical/business field is preferred;
2. At least 6 years' working experience in cyber security services, with at least 2 years in a P&L ownership, business leadership, or commercial management;
3. At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position;
1. Good understanding of cyber security regulations, market landscape, and service models in GCN;
2. Demonstrated experience in business growth, client acquisition, and service delivery with a focus on profitability;
3. Capabilities of development and execution of business strategies;
4. Capabilities to get new opportunities and decision-making with limited information;
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English;
6. Strong analytical, organizational, creative and presentation skills;
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership;
8. Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic.
