I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting Key Account Team in the field of Hardlines & TCP products to ensure team sales target achievement.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Draft quotation and sales proposal for assigned customer.30%
2. Collect and sorting sales data. 20%
3. Key customer program process monitoring and follow up. 20%
4. Collect and manage customer documentation archives.10%
5. Draft service agreement for assigned customer.10%
6. Support marketing activities like lab tour and vendor seminor.5%
7. Build up trust relationship with internal teams. 5%

III.      Job Requirements

1.Colleague degree or above.

2.At least 3 years sales assistant working experience is required. Working experience related to product testing service is preferred.

3.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Proactive and self-motivated. Teamwork player.

5.Be able to work under pressure.

6.Good command of reading and written English.
