Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assistant activities within COM Department.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Booking the flights and accommodation arrangement for manager with efficiency and accuracy; 3%
2. Arrange visa application and make reimbursement for manager, etc.; 2%
3. Documents preparation and filing for manager; 3%
4. Take the role as department’s assistant as well; 5%
5. Arrange the team building and annual dinner; 2%
6. Master the usage of different internal systems as customer service representative; 20%
7. Support projects open and closing among sales, engineers and customers; 30%
8. Deal with the payments for suppliers; 20%
9. Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company; 3%
10. Consistently behavior a professional image to the customers; 2%
11. Quality documentation work; 5%
12. Take over entire marketing activity of Department. 2%
13. Other tasks assigned by manager. 3%
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good comment of English, especially in oral and writing;
3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5. Customer service experiences is preferred;
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
9. Good computer skill;
10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
