Your tasks: BLIMS, Digital Product Passport, Lab automation

• Manage the BLIMS (Battery Lab Information Management System) application and coordinate its global use, including supporting further rollouts and promoting best practices across all user groups.
•  Coordinate, define, and assess the technical feasibility of business requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and facilitating their discussion and approval within Change Control Boards (CCBs).
• Monitor application performance, availability, and stability; define and track KPIs, SLAs, and capacity requirements.
• Drive the continuous enhancement and optimization of the application, including UI improvements and overall application maintenance.
• Serve as the primary contact for the software manufacturer, overseeing vendor deliverables, license management, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Manage the full change, release, and test lifecycle for the application.
• Create and maintain all required application documentation (e.g., deletion concepts, IT security documentation, migration plans, data archiving procedures, training materials, and application profiles).
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and guidelines, including coordination of penetration tests and related security activities.
• Oversee budget planning and manage communication and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for Battery Passport platform development. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop Battery Passport platforms, such as external IT companies or internal IT teams.
• Work together with battery team to visit battery clients to understand demands in the development phase and then promote the Battery Passport business to potential customers.
• Expand this Digital Product Passport platform from battery to other products area, like Textiles etc.
• Work with lab managers and operational excellence team to implement digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of laboratories.

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in IT Software development areas (willing to learn Product  Testing process/ Operational lab experience)
• Strong appreciation of different cultures and willingness to adapt own worktimes to different time-zones (e.g., when conducting workshops for different global regions)
• Understanding of software development life cycle (design, approve, develop, test, approve, release) methodology
• Very high social competence and communication skills, confident appearance and enthusiasm coupled with a strong focus on quality, results and customer orientation
• Fluent – business-level – English is required (verbal and written) – German language skills are beneficial
