Position Summary
Business Requirement Analysis, Administer and maintain the organization's information
systems (for e.g. Business Application, SQL server and etc.) to ensure that they function reliably
and in accordance with user needs.


Responsibility and Authority


1. Analyze Business requirement and present/implement/organize IT solutions 15%

2. Working closely with business departments, Discuss the business structure, IT issues and budgeting requirements 15%
3. Interpret the project and the business department's requirements 10%
4. Requirement Analysis: how realistic the business department’s requirements are in terms of time, effort and cost. 10%
5. Install, configure, administer, and maintain information systems and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications, so that the organization's information system function reliably. 10%
6. Communicate with system users; and investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve system problem (or escalate them to more senior staff) so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily 10%
7. Documentation of IT environment, ensures all IT infrastructure and processes are consistent with global and regional IT guidelines and standards 10%
8. Participates in international project teams to develop standards, procedures and IT improvements 10%
9. Implements internal quality management system, Creates (ISO controlled) documents containing the country specific standards 10%

Education and Experience
1. IT degree or equivalent education in computer science
2. 3 years above of working experience in business application support including but not limited to development/programming/Analysis; Be familiar with Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 or above,
Microsoft SQL server 2005 or above, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or above for
corresponding B/S structure development
3. Programming Experience in website design/development, be familiar with ASP.Net and MS
Sharepoint development; Strong skills in MS Excel VBA, power platform is preferred
4. Experience in common Database operate, SQL language and business application life cycle
5. have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. have a good understanding of the business environment
7. Strong ability to translate business language to IT language
8. Ability to solve problems in a timely manner
9. Able and willing to work in an international environment
10. Good command of written and spoken English
11. Project Management abilities


Knowledge in setup, operation, monitoring and maintenance of:

Microsoft platform including
o Microsoft client operating systems
o Microsoft office applications
o Microsoft Sharepoint environment - preferred
o Microsoft Windows Sever environment
 Database SQL Language
 Business Application programming skills and analysis methodology
 LANs
 WANs
 VPN systems
 Outlook Web Access
 SQL database
 Anti Virus / Anti Spam environment
 Client PCs
