I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing support throughout certification and testing processes, ensure completion timeliness and quality.
II. Job Responsibilitie
- Coordinate between auditors and customers to have certification projects scheduled and completed within target time, main tasks include audit scheduling, audit documentation uploading & archiving, certificate issuing, etc. (50%)
- Coordinate between customers, internal / external test laboratories, sales and engineers to have testing projects done within lead time (if applicable) (30%)
- Follow up account receivable, account payable etc. to deal with finance related routine work (if applicable) (10%)
- Assist with other team members to maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction (5%)
- Perform other duties assigned by section manager (5%)
III. Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 2 years work experience, medical device industry experience preferred
- Good computer and English skills
- Diligence, self-motivated and with strong teamwork spirit
- Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure
