Project Coordinator
I.     Position Summary

 

This position is responsible for customer service activities focus on ENE Shanghai Region.

 

II.     Job Responsibilities
    1. Create purchase orders,  collect and check sub-contracts; (35%)
    2. Submit the payment and collect the documents;(15%)
    3. Maintain and upload the E-files to the system and server; (40%)
    4. Support the team daily work; (5%)
    5. Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company;(5%)
III.     Job Requirements

 

  1. College degree or above;
  2. Customer service experiences is preferred;
  3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;
  6. Good computer skill;
  7. Good command of English.
