I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for developing and implementing ADAS & Automated and Connected Driving validation and testing activities to achieve Business Line target.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Business(20%)

- Promote ADAS L2+ and L3 physical validation testing services under responsibility;

- Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;

- Support Sales team to develop new client in ADAS and Road test business to achieve the order taking target;

- Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TüV SüD IC companies to promote the service.

2. Project (50%)

- Leading and managing the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;

- Leading team to develop and set up ADAS and Road test capabilities according to regulatory trends and BL strategy;

- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project team leader ;

- Lead project as team leader to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project   

  process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

- Collaborate with other engineers and project manager as project team leader in project.

3. Competence (30%)

- Develop and extend the local competence and scope, especially in L2+ and L3 physical testing;

- Follow KM and QM instruction;

- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.

III.      Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering;

2. Have 5 years relevant automotive industrial --- ADAS & AD R&D and testing experience ;

3. Business development and/or project management experience;

4. Must be fluent in speaking in English, minimum CET 4;

5. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.

6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
