Organizational:
- To act and perform according to the Quality Policy;
 - To keep a professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues;

 - To report to his/her Project Manager/Supervisor/Section Manager/Department Manager;
 - To perform other duties assigned by his/her Project Manager/Supervisor/Section Manager/Department Manager.
 
Technical:
- Handling projects and finishing tests and projects within lead time;
 - To prepare projects and technical reports;
 - To review projects and issue technical reports;
 - To explain non-compliance points to customers;
 - To provide technical support to BU.
 - To train/supervise the project engineers, test engineers or technicians as assigned
 - To answer technical queries raised by clients or colleagues;
 - To check and review the project files to make sure the test results are complete and accurate before issuing the technical report
 - To share, exchange experience/standards/technical information with other colleagues
 
Job Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
2.  At least 3 years working experience in electrical or other related field; previous experience in test is preferred;
3.  Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions; 
4.  Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5.  Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7.  Can work independently and efficiently;  can work under pressure;
8.  Good computer skill;
9.  Good command of English;
