I. Position Summary
Responsible for operation of general safety section(active safety and passive safety, aftermarket, voluntary certification) business and management of general safety team in components business line of mobility business unit.
Develop general safety components homologation business.
Positively reach the yearly sales / profit target.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. business and team focus (40 %)
- Formulate business strategy and update
- Organization setup and maintenance, team development roadmap
2. Inward focus (30%)
- Setup guideline & process and monitor the implementation,
- Optimize biz mode with digital tools and internal/external resources.
- Service portfolio enrichment, business delivery, quality improvement
- Collaboration with Sales and Support team to develop and strengthen client relationship and business delivery efficiency & compliance.
3. Outward focus (30%)
- Customer service during delivery of services
- Analyze responsible market needs, customers’ expectations and competition
- Identify suitable business partners
- Business development for the new service of general safety products
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
1. BS degree minimum in a related field, eg: automotive, engineering, testing and control.
2. 8 years minimum relevant automotive supplier chain/ TIC or relevant industry
3. Be fluent and skillful in spoken and written English
4. Alternatively sales, marketing, business development work experience in the automotive industry
5. Self-motivated and able to work independent and under the pressure
